Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How quickly can I book a room for use?
A: The process to book a room may take up to 1-2 business days for new memberships to become active. Current members can book any available room on the same day.
Q: Can I book through your website?
A: To book our therapy spaces, you will need a monthly subscription first to access the booking platform. Please fill out the information request form to learn how to start your monthly membership.
Q: Can I see the rooms in person before signing up?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to fill out the information form or email us to request a tour of our therapy space suite.
Q: Is the building a secure building?
A: Yes, the building our spaces are in is secure. As a member, you and your clients will receive a special electronic key on your phone, which will give you access to both the building and the suite of spaces for the times that you book.
Q: What is the parking situation at the building?
A: There is ample free street parking at and within walking distance of the building. We do offer secure parking in the building for an extra fee. Parking is limited, but we will show it as a booking option if it is available at your time of booking.
Q: Will I be able to receive mail at this location?
A: No. At this time, we do not offer mail services at this location.
Q: Can I rent an office for an entire month on a month-to-month basis?
A: We do not offer this service through the member portal. However, please let us know if this is something in which you are interested.
Q: Can I store my own food in the kitchenette?
A: No. The kitchenette consists of a small counter, a sink, and a refrigerator, which is for complimentary drinks only. Additionally, there is a single–serve coffee machine with an assortment of complimentary hot beverages.
Q: May I bring my own personal items into the office during my time?
A: Absolutely. Any items that you use in your therapy are allowed. Please remember to take your items with you once your time is up. Please note that Venu will not be responsible for items left in the spaces after you leave.
Q: Are child therapists allowed to book space?
A: Yes. Minor clients are permitted. We do have a small waiting room where parents can wait if they are not in the session.
Q: What type of therapists are permitted to book space?
A: Any therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other professional licensed in the State of California to provide therapy is able to become a member of Venu and book a room.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Members have up to 24 hours before their appointment to cancel free of charge.
